CLOSING NIGHT AWARD CEREMONY & COCKTAIL HOUR

Raise a toast to the closing night of the 41st San Francisco Jewish Film Festival where we celebrate award-winning films and share the future of Jewish film through our Completion Grants program!

In this online broadcast, the Jewish Film Institute will announce the recipients of the second round of JFI Completion Grants, as well as the winners of the Short Documentary Award, SF Film Critics Award, and the Film Movement Award. The live cast, streaming on the SFJFF website and live on Facebook and YouTube, will include clips from all the winning works.

JFI Completion Grants provide finishing funds for projects that showcase emerging and established filmmakers creating original stories that promote thoughtful consideration of Jewish history, life, culture, and identity.

The recipient of SFJFF's Best Short Documentary Award is eligible for consideration in the Documentary Short Subject category of the Academy Awards®. The SFJFF Film Movement Award, co-presented with the distributor Film Movement, receives the option of a non-exclusive, DVD and streaming distribution deal with Film Movement.
