Pratibha Parmar (Khush, Alice Walker: Beauty in Truth, Queen Sugar) is at work on her upcoming feature My Name is Andrea, a hybrid film about one of the most controversial and misunderstood figures of the twentieth century: feminist writer and public intellectual Andrea Dworkin. Featuring rare archival footage and startling performances by Ashley Judd, Soko, Amandla Stenberg, Andrea Riseborough, and Christine Lahti, My Name is Andrea traces pivotal moments in the life of this fearless fighter who demanded that women be seen as fully human.
