How do I access e-tickets or view my order history?
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Tickets are fully transferable:
I can't find my confirmation email.
Check your Junk/Spam folder for an email from boxoffice@sfjff.org. If you find it there, please mark as Not Junk and add us to your address book. If you cannot find your confirmation please contact the box office at boxoffice@sfjff.org or give us a call at 415.621.0568.
I purchased a 10-Flix ticket package online. How do I redeem my tickets?
You will receive an order confirmation when you've successfully redeemed your Ticket Package for specific screenings. If you do not see a $0.00 ticket price after logging in, or cannot find a confirmation email for your Ticket Package purchase, please contact the box office at boxoffice@sfjff.org or give us a call at 415.621.0568.
What does it mean if a show is AT RUSH?
When advance tickets are no longer available, a limited number of rush tickets may be available at the door. Rush tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis depending on how many seats are available after passholders and advance ticket-holders are admitted. Rush tickets are normally sold 10 minutes prior to the screening. Acceptable payment methods are cash, credit card, and applicable vouchers.
When should I arrive at the theater for my movie?
Ticket and pass holders must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to showtime. Ticket or pass holders arriving less than 20 minutes prior to showtime, after ticket holders have been admitted and/or the passholder allotment has been reached, cannot be guaranteed a seat. Upon arrival, look for the hold-out lines marked as either Pass Holder or Ticket Holder, join the line, and wait until the theater is ready for seating.
