The 38th San Francisco Jewish Film Festival (July 19 – August 5, 2018) is teaming up with the Film Noir Foundation to present the Northern California Premiere of Budapest Noir, a classically styled hardboiled detective yarn exploring how Hungary reacted to the rise of the Third Reich. The film will be accompanied by a conversation between FNF's founder and president Eddie Muller and director Éva Gárdos on Saturday, July 21 at 6:00pm at the Castro Theatre.
