Sosua

Sosua is a unique community in the Dominican Republic founded fifty years ago as a haven for Jews fleeing Europe. Interviews with Sosua's residents, observations of their work and celebrations - including a spirited Latin Seder and archival footage of Sosua's early days - provide insight into this productive community, as young and old express a wide range of opinions about what it means to be a Jew and what the future holds for Sosua.
