Never heard of an interschreiber? Uri Kowalski talks passionately about his obscure profession: designing signatures. Each signature, like choreography, expresses the essence of a human life through its shape and movement.

from 2008 festival: Director, Israel Regev Contas is a 32 year old film director and screenplay writer. He originally studied visual communications and graphic design in Bezalel Art Academy. He also is a design lecturer at the Shenkar Acadmey of Design and a member of the jury team at the Ashdod International Film Festival. He is currently directing commercials. Contas has made a large number of short films (which have been presented in film festivals around the world) and is currently working on his first documentary, for the national starlight broadcast network "Yes". In his films, he attempts to find the fine line between the documentary and the fiction: "I believe this is the most interesting "place" to explore the human life – between what could have happened and what actually did." - Regev Contas
