Full Description
A soldier on reserve duty finds himself handcuffed to a young Arab on a strange nocturnal odyssey through desolate Tel Aviv. Together they experience a gripping, oppressive, and occasionally amusing trip in which visual metaphors - man and his shadow, Israeli and Palestinian - paint pictures of an alienating human reality. Along with NO TE METAS and THE CAGE, NIGHT MOVIE is part of ECHOES OF A CONFLICT, a feature film presentation (see listing).
