I still have questions. Who can I contact?

Troubleshooting

I'm having trouble logging into my account.

  • JFI Members: You can log in with a username or email and password, or with your Member Number and last name. Your membership number can be found in your initial confirmation email. You can also email membership@jfi.org to retrieve your number.
  • Non-Members: You will be instructed to create an account at checkout, if you have not already. Returning customers can log in during checkout by entering their username or email and password.

I have a membership in my shopping cart but there is no option to purchase tickets at the member discount.
Members discounts are not available until a membership is purchased. Once the membership purchase has been completed and you have received your confirmation email, the membership purchase will activate the member benefits on your account, including benefit voucher packages (if applicable), and member discounts.

I just purchased a membership but do not see the member and/or ticket package price options.
Log out and log back into your account. Once the web browser is refreshed, your account will be updated with any changes and discounted pricing will become available.

I have a promo/voucher code to use.

  • Click on the Buy Tickets button for the film or item you'd like to purchase, and then click in the pop-up window where it says "Know a Promotion Code?"
  • Enter your promotion or voucher code and then reselect the newly created ticket price from the list of options
  • Check out as normal

I'm logged in as a member, but there is no option to purchase tickets at the member rate.
First double check that you are using the correct member number and that your membership has not expired. Then, try signing out of your account and signing back in. The membership discounts should now be available to you.

If problems persist, contact the box office at boxoffice@sfjff.org or give us a call at (415) 621-0568.

Ticket Delivery

How do I pick up the tickets I purchased?

Once your order is completed, the following delivery methods will be available for your selection:

E-Delivery/Print at Home for online purchases. Tickets will arrive as an attachment to the confirmation email upon completion of your order. Tickets may either be printed at home or you can present these on your mobile device to the person scanning tickets at the theater. NOT AVAILABLE FOR PASSES

Will Call. Tickets are available for pick up at a Festival Venue Box Office at the day/date of the first screening in the order. Tickets purchased in separate orders will not automatically be packaged together. If you would like separate orders bundled together for pick up, contact the box office at boxoffice@sfjff.org or (415) 621-0568.

Standard Mail. Will be sent within 5-7 days of purchase. An additional fee is charged for mail orders. Orders will only be mailed until July 9th. After July 9th, order delivery is only available via will call or e-delivery.

Can I pick up ALL of my tickets at Will Call?

  • If you purchased your tickets in a single order (i.e. in the same transaction), all of your tickets will be available for pick up at the venue on the day/date of your first screening. Will call is printed by day, venue, and order. If you miss the first show in your order, your order will transfer to the venue of the day/date of next screening in the order.
  • If you purchased your tickets in multiple orders (i.e. separate transactions), then each separate order will be available for pick up at the venue and on the day of the first screening in the order. If you would like multiple orders bundled together for pick up, contact the box office at boxoffice@sfjff.org.
  • Passes will remain at the venue specified in checkout until picked up. Will Call orders may be picked up by the person who placed the order with either a confirmation email or a photo ID.

How do I access e-tickets or view my order history?

  • E-tickets/Print at Home tickets are sent to you as an attachment to your confirmation email of your purchase. You are welcome to either print the ticket attachment or you can present these on your mobile device to the person scanning tickets at the theater.
  • Online: You can log in to your account to view your order history or to get your e-tickets.
    • Click the shopping cart button in the upper right corner of this page
    • Then click the Sign In button in the upper left of the new window that opens.
    • Click where it says LOG IN and use either your username / email and password or your member number and last name to log in.
    • Navigate to "Mobile Tickets" to find your e-tickets.
    • You can present these on your mobile device to the person scanning tickets at the theater.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Tickets are fully transferable:

  • Tickets in hand can be handed off to another person for use.
  • To give someone else your PRINT AT HOME tickets, forward them the order confirmation email. They may use the tickets attached in PDF form for admission. Tickets will be scanned at the door and flagged for multiple use.
  • For tickets being held at WILL CALL, email the box office at boxoffice@sfjff.org with the name of the person you are authorizing to pick up the tickets instead of you. Transferred tickets will then be held under the new person's name at will call, where they will need to present a form of ID to retrieve them.

I can't find my confirmation email.

Festival Accessibility

What can I expect when I arrive at the theater?

All festival venues have pass holder and ticket holder holdout lines where pass holders and ticket holders wait until the theater is ready to seat. When you arrive at a festival venue, please look for a SFJFF staff member or volunteer who will direct you to the appropriate line. While waiting in line, please be considerate of our neighbors and local businesses. We remind patrons that it's now illegal to smoke while waiting in line or near entrances to venues.

All seats are general admission, and multiple seat-saving is not permitted. Select seats may be saved by the festival for filmmakers and other guests of the festival. We ask that you observe reserved seating signage by not removing signage. Please choose a seat in an unreserved section.

SFJFF believes in everyone's right to choose the restroom they are most comfortable using; please disregard any exclusionary signage that may be visible at our venues.

Please refrain from wearing perfumes and other scented products so that attendees with environmental sensitivities can comfortably enjoy the films.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in any of SFJFF venue. We ask that you respect the venue policies and purchase food and beverages from the venues concessions stands.

I have mobility challenges. What should I do?
The San Francisco Jewish Film Festival is committed to accommodating audience members with disabilities, offering seating waiting areas and early seating as needed and wherever possible. Upon arrival at the venue, please check in with a venue manager for assistance. All screening venues have wheelchair accessible seating and restrooms.
