ABOUT THE JERUSALEM FILM WORKSHOP
The Jerusalem Film Workshop (JFW) is a unique and exciting 6-week program for creative filmmakers aged 19-27, seeking an opportunity to gain professional skills and tell their own special story of Jerusalem.
Supported by Onward Israel, the Jerusalem Film Workshop offers participants comprehensive training in film production and the opportunity to expand their professional network, while living and learning in Jerusalem.
Participants will develop and advance their cinematography, producing, editing, and directing skills. They will work collaboratively to create a 10-minute documentary film focuses on an aspect of life in Jerusalem, using the tools and equipment we provide, with guidance from our professional and experienced teachers and mentors. The documentary films will be screened at the International Film Festival in Jerusalem and at the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival.
