Nadia

Nadia is a 16-year-old Palestinian Arab girl in Israel who wants to be a doctor. She moves from a small village to a Jewish boarding school and meets apprehension and resistance from both her Palestinian friends and her Jewish classmates. With comic moments and the usual school pranks, NADIA is a brave, poignant, and, yes, sexy teen film about growing up and overcoming prejudice. A surprise hit in Israel.
