Naomi Rimon (Neta Riskin, Israeli Oscar nominee for Best Actress), a Mossad agent, is sent on an "easy" two-week mission: to protect Mona (Golshifteh Farahani, Paterson), a Lebanese informer, while she recovers from plastic surgery for her new identity in a safe house in Hamburg, Germany. Based on "The Link" short story by the late Shulamit Hareven, and directed by Eran Riklis, one of Israel's most acclaimed filmmakers (Lemon Tree, Zaytoun, A Borrowed Identity), this elegant and suspenseful spy thriller brings to mind the best of John Le Carré.
