How do I pick up the tickets/passes I purchased?
Once your order is completed, the following delivery methods will be available for your selection:

Tickets purchased in separate orders will not automatically be packaged together. If you would like separate orders bundled together for pick up, contact the box office at boxoffice@sfjff.org or (415) 621-0523.
Standard Mail. Will be sent within 5-7 days of purchase. An additional fee is charged for mail orders. Orders will only be mailed until July 9th. After July 9th, order delivery is only available via will call or e-delivery.
What does it mean if a show is AT RUSH?
When advance tickets are no longer available, a limited number of rush tickets may be available at the door. Rush tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis depending on how many seats are available after passholders and advance ticket-holders are admitted. Rush tickets are normally sold 10 minutes prior to the screening. Acceptable payment methods are cash, credit card and applicable vouchers.
When should I arrive at the theater for my movie?
Ticket and pass holders must arrive 20 minutes prior to show-time to guarantee admission. Ticket or pass holders arriving less than 20 minutes prior to showtime cannot be guaranteed a seat, even with a ticket or a pass. Upon arrival, look for the hold out lines marked as either Pass holder or Ticket holder and wait until the theater is ready for seating.
Our diverse membership community makes JFI's year-round and SFJFF programs possible. Membership starts as low as $60 and includes pre-sale access to all events, exclusive invitations year-round, significant discounts on passes and tickets, and much more.
