Purchase Passes Become A MemberIn-Person: Tickets are available for purchase at a JFI Box Office located at each in-person screening venue. Festival Box Offices are open one hour prior to a venue's first show of the day and close fifteen minutes after a venue's last screening starts.
Via email or phone: Email boxoffice@jfi.org or call the Box Office at 415.621.0568. Tickets, passes, and memberships can be purchased with the Box Office between 11am–5pm, Monday–Friday. A staff member will respond to your email or phone call within the next business day.
I have a promo/voucher code to use.
How do I pick up the tickets/passes I purchased?
E-Delivery/Print at Home for online purchases. Tickets will arrive as an attachment to the confirmation email you will receive upon completion of your order. You can either print the ticket attachment or present tickets on your mobile device upon entry.
WinterFest 2024 will utilize digital passes for ease of entry. Passes will be emailed to passholders (including JFI members whose benefits include WinterFest Passes) in the week leading up the festival. You can either print the pass attachment or present the pass' QR code on your mobile device upon entry.
What does it mean if a show is AT RUSH?
When advance tickets are no longer available, a limited number of rush tickets may be available at the door. Rush tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis depending on how many seats are available after passholders and advance ticket-holders are admitted. Rush tickets are normally sold 10 minutes prior to the screening. Acceptable payment methods are cash, credit card and applicable vouchers.
When should I arrive at the theater for my movie?
Ticket and pass holders must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to showtime to guarantee admission. Ticket or pass holders arriving less than 20 minutes prior to showtime cannot be guaranteed a seat, even with a ticket or a pass. Upon arrival, look for the hold-out lines marked as either Pass Holder or Ticket Holder, join the line, and wait until the theater is ready for seating.
